Join Opus One for an unforgettable dining experience, storytelling, and stunning wines. The winery is the realized dream of two men and a fantastic piece of earth: Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux and Napa Valley vintner Robert Mondavi, together in Napa Valley’s Oakville. Together, these trailblazers set out to create a single wine dedicated to the pursuit of uncompromising quality.
Guided by the vision of their founders, each stage of the winemaking process from tasting berries to careful sorting and extended aging in new French oak barrels receive meticulous consideration and attention.
The dinner will begin with a Champagne reception and will feature a ten-year retrospective featuring five wines back to 2009, each vintage wine served in magnum. This four-course dinner created by Boston Harbor Executive Chef, David Daniels is one not to miss!
