Temporary Suspension of Services

The Boston Harbor Hotel’s highest priority is the health and safety of our associates, guests, neighbors, family and friends. As concerns over COVID-19 increase, our team has arrived at the most difficult moment we have ever had to navigate since opening our doors 31 years ago. We have come to the conclusion the best way we can support efforts to fight the global outbreak of the coronavirus health crisis, the Boston Harbor Hotel will temporarily suspend services effective Saturday, March 21, 2020 at noon until Monday, May 18, 2020.

Our community will get through this together, as long as we put the good of society before the good of ourselves. There is no perfect solution in a time like this, but please rest assured we are dedicated to doing everything we can to help our employees and our communities.

*Effective April 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020 –

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing you additional flexibility should you need to cancel or modify your reservation. For existing reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up until 3:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, as long as the adjustment is made by June 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge.

Please note group reservations will adhere to their contracted cancellation policies. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
