The Boston Harbor Hotel Adds “Spirit” to Afternoon Tea Time
BOSTON – The Boston Harbor Hotel infuses spirit into afternoon tea with a new cocktail program featuring seasonal “Tea-Tails”. The new Tea-Tail offerings are deliciously crafted with flavors of the season to complement the afternoon tea experience.
In celebration of Harvest Tea, served daily in Rowes Wharf Sea Grille through November 29th, Lipman has created three fall themed Tea-Tails that are well worth a visit: Cider, Spice and Everything Nice; Grandpa’s Pekoe Tea and Southern Cinnamon Tea. Featuring an iced apple tea, a hot orange tea and a hot cinnamon tea, these “Tea-Tails” incorporate the tantalizing spices and aromas of autumn.

Served individually at $14.50 or 'Spike' your tea service with a $10.00 supplement
Cider, Spice, and Everything Nice
Served Chilled — Orleans Apertif is a dry cider-apple wine infused with basil and anise hyssop, from Vermont. Together with Cinnamon Spice Tea, Bourbon, House-made Apple Cinnamon simple syrup and Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters this cocktail truly embraces the flavors of the fall.
Grandpa's Pekoe Tea
Served Hot — Grandpa is used in the name because it is the Spanish translation of the word 'Abuelo', a reference to the Ron Abuelo Rum that finds its way into the cocktail. Orange marmalade is used to enhance texture, flavor and sweetness. The Grand Marnier is a luxury item that is made from Cognac and Oranges, here giving enhanced orange flavor and a hint of fortification.

Southern Cinnamon Tea
Served Hot — This Cocktail gets the moniker 'Southern' based on the addition of Bourbon; The Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters used does not add bitterness but rather brings out the cinnamon character of the tea.
