The highlight of dining at the Meritage Restaurant is our dynamic chef, Daniel Bruce.  He brings an extraordinary style to this restaurant and a truly unique way of dining.  Here meals are prepared to compliment your wine of choice.  Bruce uses his knowledge of the characteristics of wine to compliment them with a delightful and delicious meal.  His menu changes seasonally and he uses nothing but the finest ingredients.  Some ingredients are extremely special and must be imported such as Kobe beef, Nantucket scallops, ostrich, and Vermont pheasant to name a few.  The menu at the Meritage Restaurant is set up in a way where patrons first pick their vintage of choice from the extensive wine list and under each type of wine is a list of perfectly divine food choices that will accent the chosen wine.  It is truly a unique and delightful experience.  All menu choices are available in small and large portions and are priced accordingly.
