MENUS
Meritage features the wine-inspired cuisine of Chef Daniel Bruce,
who has been perfecting his wine pairing expertise for the past
15 years as chef of the Boston Wine Festival, during which he pairs
more than 200 dishes each year with outstanding wines from around
the world. Meritage's menu offers small and large plates matched
to six primary characteristics of wine, with a page dedicated to
whites and one to reds. Diners are encouraged to choose the type
of wine they wish to enjoy, and then pick dishes that best complement
the particular wine characteristics.
Meritage has been awarded "Best Wine List, Upscale" by
Boston Magazine and "Best Restaurant, 2003" by the Boston
Phoenix.
