In a natural evolution of his role as chef for Boston Harbor Hotel's
nationally recognized Wine Festival, Chef Daniel Bruce has launched
his own signature Boston restaurant, Meritage.
Overlooking the waterfront
from Rowes Wharf, this new Boston restaurant is a glittering jewel of
black, slate, marble, exotic wood and leather. All seating of this Boston
restaurant is designed to maximize the expansive water views.
In the evening, the
stars in the sky are reflected in the room's décor, including:

menu of wine-friendly food, using locally available ingredients and imported
specialty items, such as:
